Hello There!

Happy Spring, citizens of the interwebs!  Welcome to my blog.  Here I will post updates on recipes I am trying, tips I have found to work well, and other things that have to do with baking, having a dream of opening a bakery, and managing life along with that.

On the docket for this weekend:

York Peppermint-Chocolate Cupcakes: Chocolate cupcake with York Peppermint Patty baked inside with a mint frosting.

3-tier miniature cake: 6" cake (honey-lemon flavor), 3" cake (chocolate peanut butter), with a cupcake on top.

Also on the docket for this weekend: babysitting, kayaking on the Broad river, and beginning to pack for our move in a few weeks.  Can I do it all?  Eh...we'll see.

The Honey-Lemon cupcakes always turn out so beautifully.
